A high-throughput, rapid DNA sequencing service fully integrated with robust bioinformatics analyses.
We deliver a comprehensive package of sequence identity and sample purity metrics to support your decision making for downstream applications.
RCA Sequencing
This service includes debranching of rolling circle amplification (RCA) products followed by our standard sequencing service.
Colony Sequencing (with RCA)
A high-throughput, rapid plasmid verification service that bypasses the need for DNA purification. Submit bacterial colonies in water or media and receive the same comprehensive package of sequence identity and sample purity metrics that we provide for purified plasmid submissions.

When will I receive my data?
Your data will be available on the website the day after your order is placed, typically before 8 AM. We aim to provide a complete set of bioinformatics analyses for you, including read alignments, de novo assemblies, and automated verification. We are always seeking to improve the data package we provide to you, so if there are additional analyses you routinely perform, we would love to know!
What formats do you accept for sample submission?
We are proud to offer sequencing services for purified plasmids (Plasmid-seq), PCR products (Amp-seq), RCA products (RCA-seq), bacterial colonies resuspended in water (Colony-seq), and bacteria in liquid culture (Colony-seq). Submission guidelines for each sample type can be found in the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
